Infinity Heroes Wizard Or Shaman For Dmg
All of those factors make a big difference as you have observed first hand. Until you have BIS legendaries, 4pc set-bonus and maxed artifact rank, logs mean jack unless you are having rotation and/or fight mechanic problems, etc. Ye so what relics are the best to go for now? Lets say with 4set.With or without legendary boots.it should be best to aim for 3x envenom relics (3x3% more envenom dmg)?
- Has anyone else been doing more damage with aftershock than with ancestral swiftness (lvl 60 tier talents)? The big thing Ive been noticing is how many more earth shocks Im getting off. Other things are that I dont ever have to worry about how im going to set up my maelstrom for full length flame.
- Oct 21, 2019 I'm a lvl 27 Shaman. I'm starting to fall behind on my levels. Following the story quests some of the mobs are starting to be a higher level than me (I'm currently working on the Banshee Queen). Gear drops and quest rewards are also higher level than I am. What can I do to quickly gain a couple.
- May 18, 2012 Hi, i know i should probably not post this thread but it's actually annoying me now. I was a monk but i don't enjoy melee, the class isn't for me. I play solo like 50% of the time and the rest of the time in a group of 2-3 others. They're a barbarian, demon hunter and wizard. We're playing through hell and inferno and what not and not so bothered about the support classes, even if it ends up.

I think there have to be some fix for that.
Go to the Finder and click on a search box in the upper right corner. Then, enter ‘ pkg’ or ‘ dmg’, depending on what you`re looking for. In the appearing menu, select the following sections: Kinds - Disk Image. Right after it will show you all KPG or DMG files stored on your hard drive. Delete dmg files how to.

So it comes down to demon hunter or wizard?
1. Which one has higher single dmg?
2. Higher Aoe dmg?
3. Best solo abilities
Thanks, i know it comes down to opinion but i am the worst person ever for deciding stuff. So i'm just going to choose the class based on what people say, thanks!

- By SuviviusHey everybody, i've been theory crafting for a while on a LON Condemn Crusader
https://www.d3planner.com/704716248
The main point of this build is of course focused around condemn but also equipped Justice Lantern and Akarat's Awakening. and passives+spell effects to reach an effective 100% block chance.
The main point of going with these items is to increase the dmg reduction compared to Unity and additional cooldown reduction from blocks with Akarat's Awakening - downside of the build is the lack of magical resistance - an other alternative was to swap the Coven's Criterion, although that still doesn't increase the survivability from magical damage, but basically makes one immune to any blockable attacks.
I would like to hear the thoughts you guys have on the build and if you guys have any other suggestions to alternative build paths.

I have been using this build since the Necromancer was released
Nowhere near mid-tier build, but fun to play and fairs pretty nicely when completing season journey. - By FriedbonesI came to Icy Veins to setup my Elemental Shaman only to find your Talent setup does not match what is offered in the game presently. Below I have listed what I see in my current in-game talent setup and bolded those items that do not match your setup at all.
Current in-game Talents listed: Your Listing:
15 Exposed Elements Echo of the Elements Elemental Blast Earthen Rage 30 Aftershock Master of Elements Totem Mastery Call the Thunder 45 Spirit Wolf Earth Shield Static Charge 60 High Voltage Storm Elemental Liquid Magma Totem Master of the Elements 75 Nature's Guardian Ancestral Guidance Wind Rush Totem 90 Earthen Rage Primal Elementalist Icefury Surge of Power 100 Unlimited Power Stormkeeper Ascendance I thought someone here should know about these differences because it appears there has been no update recently to your setup. I know that I personally would appreciate an update so that I can adjust my in-game setup to work better. - By NireasI usually sim my characters to get the best possible results. I enjoy the process quite a lot and since I reached 120, I wanted to find out the best build of the spec. (Note, I didn't want to find out what to play, but rather how my own build fares in comarison.) I rarely mind a 1-2% difference. If it goes above 2%, I really mind a change. What this thread is about is mainly to bring something in the attention of those who help making the class guides, especially the talent choices. To my surprise, I was awed to find out that certain talents outperform previous 'Standard' choices in the endgame, probably due to the stat squish.
The Frost go-to build (top dps) would probably be along the lines of <Icy Talons / Cold Heart - Runic Attenuation - Frozen Pulse - Gathering Storm - Breath of Sindragosa>. What I found out primarily was that after the removal of legendaries, Cold Heart severely underperforms at most given situations resulting in a major dps drop due to the low mastery. Gathering Storm also suffers from the same problem and most of the times, Frostwyrm's Fury is better overall. The biggest surprise of them all, however, was that Inexorable Assault overperforms quite a lot, and is the first reason why I made the topic. I then started simming with the above in mind and I came across a build that some would not consider on par with top dog builds around the meta, which is the use of Horn of Winter which overperforms both its other two options when using the Breath build. Talent Sim can be seen here. Another intresting thing, which I loved, was that the 2nd best build uses Obliteration as a lvl 100 talent and no other build surpassed it (Other than the first one, obviously). So, I encourage frost players out there to give their other, less common talents a try. To the class guide author(s), I believe that the two 'underdog' talents will earn their spot in the class guides.
Thank you for your time reading this.
