We take the best of raider ascendency and use it for deadeye, frenzy charges. This PoE 3.10 Ranger Ice Shot Starter Build using the syndicate mod '5% chance to gain frenzy charge on critical strikes', by having a high attack speed, high crit chance and a lot of arrows, we will have 100% frenzy up.

Kitava, the Insatiable is the final boss of Act 5 and Act 10. He is the main antagonist of The Fall of Oriath expansion.

- This act is not balanced, why is this act on cruel harder than merciless act 2 and 3? I would understand act 1 because of mechanics but not of mob hp and damage. Gearwise is a little problem because i dont drop ANYTHING that could be of any use to me at all. And before act 4 came out i actually had no problem clearing 95% of the game.

Lore
Kitava is the Karui god of corruption. According to Karui tradition, Kitava is a cannibal deity with boundless hunger. He has the power to consume and corrupt the souls of people, like he did with King Kaom. Like the other gods of Wraeclast, Kitava's abilities are restricted by the Beast (which was destroyed by the player in Act 4).

Taking Soul of Abberath from the Pantheon can also help with Ultimate Death Breath.
Kitava permanently lowers all of your resistances by 30% after 'defeating' him at the end of Act 5 (you can't win. You can only get him to about 50% health and then he turns on Enrage Mode, turns red, and fires a beam from his eyes that destroys the Purity of Innocence. Sin saves you at the last minute) , and reduces them by a further 30% after being defeated in act 10. Caution should be taken to make sure your resistances are high enough so the drop doesn't affect you too harshly. The effect is permanent and cannot be removed.
