Now I would like to say this in nicer words, but alas I cannot> vayne % true dmg is freaking overpowered. Here are some reasons why % true damage is overpowered as in comparison to other ranged ad carries you can counter built them with armor or with a more hybrid hp an armor built, but vayne had to be unique and thats why she got a skill which does % true damage each 3 shots. Now this may not seem that strong at the beginning but it stacks very well into late game. Be able to read ur opponents movements a little bit and you have a killing monster that cannot be stopped. The invisiblity is not a problem the problem is you cannot counter built against the damage of vayne > armor magic resist and hp do not work very well against a vayne because of % damage TRUE DMAGE she deals meaning true damage ignores armor and magic resist and the % against health no matter what u will built she will always deal tons and tons of damage. At level 18 she well deal each 3 shots 8% of your health as true damage this is a passive skill and you only need to hit ur opponent not only that it deals an additional 80 damage. Now imagine a farmed vayne (the only weak point her early game is not that strong against 3 ad carries cait corkie and graves) with additional items and imagine the damage a normal ad carry can already deal. Now combine this skillset with some nice crowd control and you can imagine a autowin I guess.
For now the only thing I can advice you is to try to destroy vayne botlane with vision wards and some nice ganks and try to end the game soon (unless you have some dam good chasers)
True damage is fine, but in combination of % hp its overpowered
