That's why you need third-party utilities to create a bootable DVD from DMG on Windows. This ISO file is then burned using a command line execution in Command Prompt. If you're on a Windows machine, you're limited in what you can do with DMG files. This article explains two different methods to burn DMG files to amake bootable macOS installation DVD in Windows.Method 1: How to Create Bootable DVD from DMG (Command Prompt)This approach utilizes a tool called DMG2IMG, which, the universally more compatible archive format. Convert dmg into bootable iso.
The damage from LIGHT and HEAVY ATTACKs are calculated based on your Max Stamina and Weapon Damage. And the Critical Chance is based on Weapon Critical.

Does Weapon Skill Effect Dmg Work
It now works like this though..•Ultimates and Synergy abilities now always scale of your highest Critical Strike stat instead of just your Spell Critical Strike.
•Abilities that cost magicka will now always scale off your magicka, spell damage, and spell critical strike stats.
•Abilities that cost stamina will now always scale off your stamina, weapon damage, and weapon critical strike stats.

With more stamina, you can use the skills more often, and so do more damage, and regaining the stamina with the heavy attacks will help sustain that series. Sets of equipment you use will add stamina, or stamina regeneration, and so make it easier to sustain damage output.
Critical attacks will do more damage, so increasing the chance of a critical attack, with enchantments etc., will increase the total damage done, without affecting the base damage of the attacks.
And don't forget food. Eat something to boost your stamina, and that adds to the pool, too.
Just don't forget to stay alive, too, as you'll do no damage at all if you die.
