Frost Dmg Weapon Enchants Wow

I just paid 150g for this enchant for my BF (he's a frost mage) to enchant his weapon well he loves the +frost dmg but I can't seem to sell the enchant to anyone else to make my money back off it? I am starting to think I should have just bought him the spellpower enchant.

Casters still go for +skill stuff. Melee goes for +skill stuff too. D2 was so much better in this regard, making casters go for +skill stuff and actual melee fighters go for the good weapons.
