Good day friends, i started playing OW this days, and ended loving play with Doomfist. Before start, i need to warning my english is not the best, so i beg you patience and apologies for it.
All dmg and cooldown here is only substantial, without thinking on balance at all.
Basic attacks– Doomfist on OW have the Hand Canon for his primary attack, but in Heroes i´d like to make it in 2 ways. First and already told, the Hand Canon: On a short-middle distance Doomfist shoot its, one target only, dealing 90 dmg per hit at 1 atks per sec. In a melee distance, its punch with the gauntlet dealing 250 dmg, at 0,75 atks per sec.
Q-Rising uppercut–6 seconds cooldown. Doomfist uppercut enemys in front of him in the air dealing 450 dmg. Just like in OW this ability throws enemys a few steps backward and launch Doomfist to the air too. In heroes, this work like junkrat concussion mine, but of course with less push. Maybe this can generate a little stun of 0,25 on impact, and a air time of 1 sec. On the air, doomfist can shoot with his Hand cannon, and/or use hiw W for a quick landing, or E for a fast punch.

W-Seismic Slam–4 seconds cooldown. Doomfist leaps forward and smashes into the ground, knocking nearby enemies toward him, dealing 300 dmg. This ability have a minimum distance to a maximum distance possible for the jump, can be used right after Rising Uppercut, for a quick landing and for engaging as well.
E-Rocket Punch– 10 seconds cooldown. After charging up, Doomfist lunges forward and knocks an enemy back, dealing additional damage if they impact a wall, deal 400 base dmg to up 600 dmg when fully charged, and dealing 5% to maximum health when hitting a wall. The mechanic is simple, you can charge it and still being able to walk but with 50 % movement speed reduced, the punch dash doomfist and hit the first enemy in path, knowcking him, the distance of the knock its equivalent a half of the dash. Its have 4 point on the bar, that indicates the dmg increasing . each point increase 50 dmg . Can be use after Rising Uppercut with a quick punch, thats can be useful to isolate a target or cutting off some dangerous heroes.
R1-Meteor Strike– 120 seconds coldown. Doomfist leaps into the sky, then crashes to the ground, dealing significant damage, dealing 600 to 1300 dmg. After channeling for 1 second, Doomfist jump, and crashes down after 4 second, each second increase the dmg as well, 175 per sec. There is no slowdown, or stun on this, just dmg. Doomfist can be stunned or rooted, that goes cancel the hability if happen on this 1 second before he jumps.
R1 Level 20– Comet Strike– Meteor Strike can be cast global, and crashes down 1 second earlier.
Mac os install dmg. R2- Seismic Shock– 90 seconds cooldown. Doomfist strike the ground with an massive might, and elevate it throwing enemys backwards. Deal 400 dmg and stun for 0,25 seconds. The mechanic here and the area/ away its work, is like Cho Upheaval but the oposite, Cho pull towards him, on that Doomfist thrown them away.
R2 level 20– Skyscraper– Seismic Shock also throw an rock to the air, the rock falls right in front of the area of the ult, dealing 700 dmg and stuning for more 1,5 seconds. I have the ideia of this based on Doomfist lore, who said he can lift an skyscraper. The rock falls 0,75 after Seismic Shock.
D-trait–The Gauntlet– Each skill that dmg a heroe increase 1 to a max of 50 stacks of “Stopping power´´ with will increase 1 to 50% de dmg of the next Rocket Punch when activated. And each stack also increase 0,1 to 5 % of the max life damage of the base skill, when hit a wall. When consumed the stacks go back to 0 again, the player can choose when he wants to use the stacks os not, like Dehaka trait. The original Doomfist “trait´´ on OW was generating shields when hitting enemies with skills, but Kerrigan already have that, so i thinked of something that allow this Warlord show whats means the word “Doomfist´´.
By this, we can say Doomfist is a very little help to his team, if we think in CC ways, becouse of the mechanic of thowing people off. On other hand he can be a truly savior, getting the teammates safer from very dangeros foes, like a stalking Valera and Zeratul, or even taking all enemy team out of scene to making a window for the teammates to escape. Judjing by this ideias, the mobility is high, and with the correct combo he can destroy anyone who dares enters his path.

We are talking about the pure cold sorc build (Blizzard, Cold Mastery and all Blizz's synergies maxx'd) with a perfect Nightwings soc'd with 5/5 cold facet - perf Death's Fathom with 5/5 cold facet, 4x 5/5 cold facet'd Monarch - Archon CoH - Tal Ammy- 2x SoJ - Snowclash or Arachnid Mesh - 8x various cold skillers- almost perf Anni.
I believe with snowclash it is a lvl 42 Blizzard, then synergized, with max -% to cold resist. I can't think of any other way to squeez more damage than this currently theoretical set-up.
This would probably be one of the most expensive gear set-ups out there.
